Project scope and payment
Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, advertising budgets, ownership and payment milestones must be agreed in writing before work starts. Media spend, hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are separate unless the written proposal includes them. Changes to scope may change cost and delivery dates.

Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, necessary access and timely approvals, and ensure they have rights to supplied content. Advertising accounts and campaigns must comply with the relevant platform rules.

Performance and approvals
Campaign outcomes depend on audience, offer, competition, budget, market conditions and platform decisions. Bright Vexa does not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, rankings or advertising approval. We will discuss realistic objectives and reporting within the agreed scope.

Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund arrangements are defined in each written service agreement. Any work completed, committed costs and third-party fees will be considered, subject to applicable law. This website does not collect payments or establish a universal no-refund policy.

Intellectual property and confidentiality
Ownership and licences for project deliverables are governed by the written agreement. Each party retains its pre-existing materials. Non-public business information should be handled confidentially.

Liability and disputes
Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first to resolve a concern. Applicable law and any agreed dispute process will govern the engagement.

Updates
We may update these website terms. Service agreements already accepted remain subject to their agreed terms unless amended in writing.
